As principal of Coe Consulting
Group, Donna collaborates with husband Gary, helping
towing company owners across the nation improve
their profitability, efficiency, and over-all business
success. Between them, the Coes have nearly 60 years
of hands-on experience as tow company owners and
managers, which enhance the practicality of their
seminars, workshops and consulting to their clients.

Donna's experience in the towing industry
spans 25 years, both as an owner-operator of a successful
towing and insurance auto salvage auction in California,
and currently as a co-owner of Speed’s Supertow
and Fleet Sales West in Portland, Oregon, and Golden
West Towing Equipment and Competetition Wheel Lift in
California.
Donna holds a Bachelor’s Degree
in Human Resources Management from George Fox University,
as well as degrees in language and journalism.
Service to the Towing Industry and Community
Donna was President of the California Tow Truck Association
in 1987 and 1988, during which time she was recognized
by the California State Senate for her service to the
motoring public. She served as Vice President of the
Towing and Recovery Association of America and was on
the American Trucking Association's Executive Council.
An Opera fan, Donna has served as President of Portland
Opera' s Board of Directors.
Stanford University Guest Lecturer
Since 1994, Donna has been a regular guest lecturer
at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University,
Palo Alto, California, where her experiences with employee
and business management issues have been incorporated
into Stanford’s MBA curriculum.
